Note: Due to the large number of participants, food restrictions and special diets cannot be accommodated in the meal offerings included in the Conference Plus.

- Airport transfers and local transportations
- Travel/healthcare insurance (Participants are required to purchase travel/healthcare insurance prior to the program)
- Personal incidentals and expenses
- Shared-room (2 persons sharing one room) $1,300.00 (USD) PER PERSON
- Single-room (1 person in one room) $1,600.00 (USD) PER PERSON
For every 14 paying group members, the group shall receive one (1) complimentary Conference Plus (based on shared-room rate).

*Refund Policy: The $225.00 initial installment for Conference Plus reservation is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances and for any reason. These circumstances and reasons may include, but are not limited to application rejection or withdrawal, registrant cancellation, medical condition, or denial of visa application with U.S. embassies. The remaining Conference Plus payment may be refunded proportionally based on the date of registration cancellation or withdrawal.
