Once you acquire a receipt, please take a photo/scan copy and upload on the registration form as payment proof. The payment proof should indicate the following information: Sender, Transaction Date, and Transaction Amount. Please note that FAF should receive the required fees in net amount (excluding bank service fees and tax). The applicant is requested to cover all transfer fees for both financial institutions/banks.

Instruction: Download and fill out the credit card authorization form completely and upload the file on the registration form. Please note that we do not accept credit card information over the phone.

Take a photo/scan copy of the check before mailing it. The photo/scan copy will be required as payment proof on the registration form. Please note that your application will only be processed once the actual check has been received.

Balance: Conference-only/Delegate Package Fee + 4.5% PayPal Handling Fee
Instruction: You may proceed with filling out the Registration Form. Once you click "Submit" you will be directed to the PayPal website, where you will have to enter your PayPal account information (email address, password). After completing this transaction, your form will be submitted.
Note: In the PayPal window, please click "Note to Seller" and provide the name of the delegate.
