Each delegate is responsible for providing a valid passport to enter the United States. Contact the nearest United States Embassy or Consulate or click here to find out whether you need a visa to enter the US.

Applicants are required to answer a questionnaire regarding their interests in attending the Youth Assembly and their personal commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals. The applicants' answers will qualify them for the opportunity to be selected as an Outstanding Youth Delegate finalist.
Secure your slot by paying the initial non-refundable fee of $200.00, which is required upon submission of the registration form. See payment instructions here→
In case of cancellation due to visa denial or any other reasons, cancellation/refund policy will apply. Please read the terms and conditions before making a payment.
Prepare the required materials you need to enter/upload when filling out your registration form.
- Photo or scan of your government-issued identification card (File Max Size: 5 MB)
- Passport number if you are applying for a visa for the purpose of this conference
- Response to the questionnaire
- Photo or scan of your payment proof (File Max Size: 5 MB; Skip this if you prefer to send your payment via PayPal)

If you have already submitted a registration form for the conference only and would like to upgrade to Delegate Package, please contact us.
The applicant should receive an autoresponder email confirming the receipt of the registration form and containing a copy of the submitted answers. If you do not receive one within 30 minutes of submitting your form, please contact us. Delegate package registration ends on January 6, 2017, 5:00 P.M. EST.
Your application will be processed once your delegate package registration form and initial payment have been received. Processing of applications normally occur within 7 days. However, due to the large amount of applications we receive on a daily basis, we kindly request that you only contact us regarding the status of your application if you do not receive an email with an invoice after 7 days.
If you need to apply for a US Visa, make sure you have received your Formal Invitation Letter. Otherwise, please proceed to Step 7.
The Formal Invitation Letter shall be provided to you once your application and initial payment have been processed. You may present this to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your country as supporting documents for your visa application.
Please note that we cannot make personal phone calls or requests on your behalf to specific Embassies or Consulates. Please notify us of the outcome of your visa appointment by January 6, 2017 in order to receive your Formal Admission Letter.
Complete your payment. Please refer to your invoice for the balance amount due. Please send the balance payment on or before January 6, 2017 to obtain the Formal Admission Letter.
Make sure you have received your Formal Admission Letter.
This letter shall be provided together with the confirmation email.
All accepted delegates must present this letter to the registration staff on the day of Delegates Check-in to receive the Event Pass required to enter the United Nations Headquarters.
