Register as a Group

IMPORTANT UPDATE (As of November 1, 2017):

Applicants can now register as a group regardless of the number of members (2 or more). However, please note that the group benefit only applies to 15 applicants or more. Please be advised that each group member is required to fill out separate forms.

Note for applicants based outside the U.S.

Each delegate is responsible for providing a valid passport to enter the United States. Contact the nearest United States Embassy or Consulate or click here to find out whether you need a visa to enter the US.

Please read carefully the registration procedures below:

Step 1

A group leader should be assigned to facilitate the group members' application. The role of the group leader is to administer and collect Group Member Registration Forms and administrative fees from group members.

Please be advised that each group member is required to fill out separate forms. All applicants are required to answer a questionnaire regarding their interests in attending the Youth Assembly and their personal commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals. The applicants' answers will qualify them for the opportunity to be selected as an Outstanding Youth Delegate finalist.

Step 2

Each group member (including the group leader) should prepare the following requirements in filling out the forms:

Requirements:

  • Photo or scan of your government-issued identification card (File Max Size: 5 MB)
  • Passport number if you are applying for a visa for the purpose of this conference
  • Response to the questionnaire

The group leader must fill out the Delegate Package Group Application Form→

If you have already submitted a registration form for the conference only and would like to upgrade to Delegate Package, please contact us.

Delegate Package Registration closes on January 6, 2016.

Please note that processing of delegate package applications normally occur within 1 week. However, due to the large amount of applications we receive on a daily basis, we kindly request that you only contact us regarding the status of your application if you do not receive an email after 1 week.

INITIAL DEPOSIT

A non-refundable initial deposit of $200.00 per person (plus processing fees) is required once you have been accepted. An invoice and further instructions on how to make a payment will be provided in an email. Deadline for complete payment is January 6, 2017.

GROUP BENEFIT

For every 15 paying group members, the group shall receive another one (1) complimentary package (based in double occupancy rate).

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

In case of cancellation due to visa denial or any other reasons, cancellation/refund policy will apply. Please read the terms and conditions before making a payment.
